Continuity: collector cron state, successful-run heartbeat, normalized network/node yield and recent failed runs.
Freshness: ambient source age above four hours and protocol meteorology age above three hours become review conditions; longer gaps escalate.
Integrity: duplicate normalized station-hours, QC flags, coordinate shifts and finalized-release row-count mismatches.
Completed days: network PM2.5/PM10 completeness plus station feeds missing at least half their eligible PM2.5 hours. Weather completeness is evaluated only after the prospective model lock covers the full day.
