monitor-hours.csv is the frozen primary analysis table. Missingness is explicit: pre_entry is outside a feed's eligibility window; eligible_but_missing is a real missing monitor-hour; observed contains a measured archived value.

normalized-snapshots.csv freezes the normalized source snapshots from which monitor-hours were derived. raw-observations.ndjson preserves raw CPCB OGD records only for provenance-tracked collector runs available from v2.7 onward; legacy normalized rows are not retroactively given raw provenance.

campus-links.csv freezes campus reference coordinates and the monitor link used by the application at release time. It does not imply that the monitor is on campus or that it measures personal/indoor exposure.
